Just a weird ex tempore sketch I made while listening to RollPlay Ehbon, the week they're in the centaur village and the centaurs have horses for some reason (even though they don't admit to using them). Got me thinking about horses from a centaur's perspective.
In the unlikely case that this isn't an exact duplicate of something already featured in a D&D Monster Manual, I'm going to name this abomination a cephalocentaur. It's alignment is always neutral and it has a spell-like ability that causes you to lose 1 INT per round if you think about it while it is thinking about you. Why? Because D&D, that's why!
